I've been coming to Adler Therapy on VB blvd for 2 years now. I'm in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and recently added to their new Mental Health Dept, getting both mental health therapy and medication management. I absolutely love this office! I have gone to other offices for physical therapy, nothing compares to Adler. From the time you walk in and the way you are greeted, to the time you leave.. most likely with a smile on your face, you are treated with dignity and kindness. The staff at the front (shout out to Alisha), personable, incredibly kind, and helpful. In OT I see both Kristen and Michal - both absolutely wonderful ladies. They have both helped me find solutions for everyday problems, related to my disability. They challenge me, they listen to my needs and always offer me an ice pack (bigger deal than you may think). I sincerely don't know where I would be, for what I would be able to do, if it were not for them. In physical therapy, I see Nikki and sometimes Sam. I have moved around to different body parts, because I have a lot of issues. But the fact that I can move away from one part of my body to another, I feel says a lot about the work they do. There is marked improvement, every time. I could not have asked for a better team. If it were not for them, I would barely be able to walk. I'm so incredibly grateful. I recently started seeing Brandon for therapy. I have had many therapists over the years, and I have specifically stayed away from men (due to trauma). But from the moment I met Brandon, I knew he was different. I did not hesitate to make an appointment. I cannot express enough, how amazing of a therapist he is. I have never felt so comfortable being so completely honest. I am able to talk to him about things I've never been able to say in therapy before, because I didn't feel safe to do so. There are not enough words to express the amount of gratitude I have, to have Brandon on my care team. I just started seeing Tannica for medication management, but she's already making a positive impact. She's a fantastic listener, incredibly kind, and knowledgeable enough to know where to start. I wish there were more words in the English language to tell you how amazing this office, and their staff are. I wish I can express to you, whoever is reading this, that this is the place for you. You're not just a number, you're not just a patient, you're a friend, and you belong. I have never left Adler in more pain or in bad mood. In fact, I have gone there in a bad mood, and it changed almost immediately upon entering and being greeted. My daughter has speech therapy with Sydney and she has been an absolute blessing. In just a few short months my daughter has improved on her speech and use of words so drastically. We are going to miss all of the staff here but Sydney specifically! Everyone we encounter here is so nice and very friendly.
